Terms & Conditions

1. Service. IbizaOff provides a private introduction service to off-market properties on Ibiza for sale or rent. Submitting a request does not constitute a binding agreement nor a guarantee of property availability.

2. Eligibility. Requests are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to decline any request without explanation.

3. Confidentiality. Property details shared with you are confidential. You agree not to redistribute, list, or publish them on any public channel.

4. Intermediation. IbizaOff acts as an introducer. Any transaction is concluded directly between you and the property owner or their licensed agent.

5. Fees. No fees are charged to applicants for receiving introductions. Brokerage fees, where applicable, are paid by the seller or landlord according to local custom.

6. Liability. IbizaOff is not liable for the accuracy of third-party listings or the outcome of any negotiation. All due diligence remains the responsibility of the buyer or tenant.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be settled by the courts of Ibiza, Illes Balears.
