3. Purpose. To respond to your request, match you with relevant off-market properties and communicate with you about your enquiry.

5. Sharing. Your details are never sold. They may be shared confidentially with property owners or their licensed agents only when relevant to your request.

6. Retention. We retain your data for as long as needed to serve your enquiry and up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask for earlier deletion.

7. Your rights. You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and to object — at any time — by emailing info@ibizaoff.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

8. Security. Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with restricted access.
